About the role

As part of the manufacturing engineering team at the Saint‑Herblain site, the Industrial Performance Engineer will support operational monitoring and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, profitability and competitiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement continuous‑improvement projects aimed at industrial excellence.
• Ensure robustness of the time‑reference database for the assigned sector.
• Identify and eliminate production variabilities through root‑cause analysis.
• Collect, analyse and consolidate performance data of production lines (TRS, OEE, CVAT, allocated vs. actual time, RC/NRC, etc.).
• Manage updates to the time‑reference system (chrono‑analysis, FERT, MTM).
• Organise and lead line‑balancing workshops and keep line‑balancing data up to date.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) in an aeronautical engineering discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar industrial performance or manufacturing engineering role.
• Operational level of English.
• Strong rigor, teamwork spirit and responsiveness.

Required skills

• Proficiency with time‑management and performance analysis tools (e.g., chrono‑analysis, FERT, MTM).
