About the role
The Business Engineer will develop and manage a profit centre by building a client portfolio, expanding it, and supporting specialised consultants in the delivery of their missions.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect new business opportunities and identify potential clients.
- Develop the commercial side of the activity by growing the client portfolio.
- Accompany specialised consultants, ensuring they have the necessary client context and support for successful project execution.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to sustain revenue streams.
Required profile
- Strong commercial mindset with a focus on revenue generation.
- Ability to build and manage a client portfolio.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and consultants.

What we offer
- Competitive annual salary ranging from €39,000 to €43,000 gross.
- Opportunity to lead a profit centre and work closely with specialised consultants.
