About the role
The SMR Inicea l'Estran clinic, located in Siouville-Hague near Cherbourg, is seeking a State‑certified registered nurse (Infirmier Diplômé d'État) to join its rehabilitation and re‑adaptation services for patients with neurological and locomotor disorders.
Key responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to in‑patients and day‑hospital patients, including monitoring vital signs and administering medication.
- Assist physiotherapists and other therapists during rehabilitation sessions.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and adjust care plans.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and infection‑control protocols.
Required profile
- State‑certified nursing diploma (Infirmier Diplômé d'État).
- Experience or strong interest in neurological and/or orthopedic rehabilitation.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work within a team.
- Willingness to work on‑site in a 114‑bed facility with a day‑hospital unit.
