About the role

As a Nurse Coordinator (IDEC) at Samusocial de Paris, you will work under the supervision of the establishment manager and deputy manager to ensure seamless coordination of patient care within the facility. You will be responsible for maintaining the quality, continuity, and safety of the services provided.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the delivery of nursing care for all patients, ensuring protocols are followed.
• Monitor and guarantee the continuity and safety of treatments across shifts.
• Collaborate with medical and administrative teams to optimize patient pathways.
• Oversee the implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records of patient care activities and report any incidents.

Required profile

• Registered nurse with a valid French nursing license.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work under the direction of senior management.
• Commitment to patient safety and quality of care.
