Industrial Manager – A350 Final Assembly Line

About the role

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is seeking an Industrial Manager for the A350 Final Assembly Line in Toulouse. You will be responsible for industrialisation, configuration management and ensuring on‑time delivery of the aircraft.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise industrial processes and configuration management for the A350 Final Assembly Line.
• Implement integrated planning strategies to guarantee seamless manufacturing flow.
• Lead supplier negotiations and oversee the end‑to‑end procurement lifecycle for A350 components.
• Maintain strict configuration control and accurate documentation across all A350 variants.
• Monitor operational KPIs, resolve cross‑functional issues and lead a high‑performing team of specialists.

Required profile

• Engineering or industrial management background with proven aerospace manufacturing experience.
• Strong expertise in integrated planning methodologies, supply‑chain practices and procurement principles.
• Demonstrated negotiation skills in complex industrial environments.
• Leadership, team‑management and analytical problem‑solving capabilities.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
