About the role
The HR Assistant serves as the primary point of contact for processing incoming data entry requests and supports the HR Operations team in maintaining accurate employee information.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct data entry, research, analysis, and issue resolution using the PeopleSoft application and internal reference materials.
- Review completed forms and documents for accuracy and completeness before entry into PeopleSoft.
- Audit reports, identify and correct errors to ensure data integrity.
- Identify problems with database management policies, suggest revisions, and provide guidance to field personnel on data requirements.
- Sort and file HR documentation, distribute reports, and escalate issues to the HR Operations team when necessary.
- Assist in keeping policies and procedures up‑to‑date and propose workflow improvements.
- Train other data entry employees and perform other duties as assigned.
