HR Apprentice (H/F) – Puteaux

About the role

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is recruiting an HR apprentice in Puteaux, working onsite at an HPE office, for a two-year apprenticeship starting in September 2026. The apprentice joins the HR team of HPE France, which covers IT infrastructure services such as hybrid cloud, HPC, AI and big data.

Key responsibilities

• Actively contribute to implementing and following the Diversity and Inclusion program
• Create, update and improve HR support content, ensuring quality and relevance of answers for employees and managers
• Contribute to local HR projects
• Support the HR team with data collection and entry and personnel administration
• Write HR communications and support materials for employees and managers

Required profile

• Preparing a Bac+5 degree in HR or a related field
• Dynamic, proactive, organized and rigorous
• Good communication skills, discretion and confidentiality
• Team player who builds solid relationships with colleagues
