Head of Talent Acquisition

About the role

Joko is scaling its global footprint and needs a strategic leader to own the Talent Acquisition function. As Head of Talent Acquisition you will shape the hiring strategy, partner with senior leaders across France, Spain, the US and beyond, and ensure the company continues to attract top‑tier talent as it grows from 100 to 250 employees.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a global recruitment roadmap aligned with Joko’s rapid growth targets.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers, founders and senior leaders to maintain a high hiring bar.
• Own the talent acquisition tech stack, evaluate new tools and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead, mentor and expand the internal TA team while fostering a data‑driven hiring culture.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for all functions, from individual contributors to senior executives.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading talent acquisition at a fast‑growing tech or B‑Corp organization.
• Strong track record of scaling hiring processes in an international context.
• Hands‑on mindset with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and decision‑making skills.
