Head of SEO and AI Visibility

About the role

We are seeking a Head of SEO and AI Visibility to lead the definition and scaling of a global organic growth strategy in a fast‑moving, product‑led environment. Based in France, you will own the evolution of SEO beyond traditional search, expanding visibility across AI‑driven discovery channels and large language model ecosystems.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global SEO strategy covering technical SEO, content, on‑page and off‑page initiatives to boost organic visibility, qualified traffic and revenue.
• Lead, mentor and grow a team of SEO specialists and external contributors, fostering a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement.
• Prioritise the SEO roadmap based on business goals, revenue targets, organic performance metrics and AI visibility indicators such as citations and brand presence in AI search.
• Design and implement AI visibility optimisation strategies to improve discoverability on AI search platforms and large language models.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing and Analytics teams to embed SEO priorities into product development and technical enhancements.
• Establish a structured experimentation framework, conduct regular audits, track KPIs, perform competitive analysis and manage risk.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading SEO functions at a senior level in a product‑focused or digital environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with data‑driven decision‑making capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to innovate and drive organic growth through emerging AI‑driven discovery channels.

Required skills

• Technical SEO expertise.
