Head of Sales – MENA & LATAM (Paris based)

About the role

We are looking for a Head of Sales to drive growth in the MENA and Latin America regions from our Paris office. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will lead a team of 8‑10 Account Executives and be responsible for building a predictable, high‑value revenue pipeline across enterprise customers.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a regional go‑to‑market strategy aligned with global priorities.
• Achieve quarterly and annual revenue quotas by acquiring new enterprise accounts and cross‑selling existing customers.
• Recruit, onboard and develop a high‑performing sales team, managing performance, coaching and career progression.
• Collaborate with Marketing to shape brand positioning and partnership strategies in the region.
• Provide regional insights to influence product roadmap, pricing and overall go‑to‑market initiatives.
• Travel to key markets at least once a month to meet customers and partners.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading enterprise sales teams in high‑growth environments.
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in MENA and/or LATAM markets.
• Ability to design and implement scalable sales processes and playbooks.
• Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of regional languages is a plus.
