Head of Sales France

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to head its Sales and Key Account Management function in France. Reporting to senior commercial leadership, you will be responsible for driving net revenue, profitability and brand growth across the French market while coaching a high‑performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Key Account Managers and sales professionals, building a culture of high performance, accountability and engagement.
• Own and deliver monthly, quarterly and annual revenue, profit and sell‑out targets for the French market.
• Build and nurture strategic partnerships with key accounts to expand top‑line and bottom‑line results.
• Design and execute long‑term business plans covering revenue growth, brand positioning and customer experience.
• Drive market expansion through increased space allocation, in‑store experience improvements and omni‑channel initiatives.
• Oversee Brick‑&‑Click strategy, ensuring e‑commerce standards and seamless omni‑channel execution.
• Establish robust forecasting, operational review and financial planning processes across both online and offline accounts.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product, Planning, Finance, Marketing, Operations and Customer Service to align commercial actions.

Required profile

• Proven senior sales leadership experience, preferably within apparel, retail or consumer goods.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving revenue and profit targets in the French market.
• Strong strategic planning and execution capabilities.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills with key accounts and internal stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable commercial decisions.
• Fluent in French and English.
