Head of Quality Procurement Processes

About the role

Airbus Helicopters is seeking a Head of Quality Procurement Processes to lead the Supplier Quality Management function for its Marignane site in France. Reporting to the Head of Quality Operations, you will ensure aviation safety and supply‑chain performance across a global network of around 1,500 suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the Supplier Quality Management system to guarantee aviation safety, product quality and on‑time delivery.
• Drive governance of the “Develop and Monitor Suppliers” process, including referential management, risk reviews and maturity assessments across production, design and maintenance.
• Provide operational support to roughly 150 Supply Chain & Quality Managers worldwide.
• Represent Supply Chain Quality and Procurement to aviation authorities on supplier monitoring matters.
• Lead, coach and develop a multidisciplinary team of 10 professionals located in Marignane and Donauwörth.
• Lead cross‑functional improvement projects to increase supply‑chain robustness during the ramp‑up phase.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Supply Chain or Procurement Quality, preferably in aerospace.
• Engineering or Quality Management degree with strong knowledge of EN9100, aerospace regulations (Part 21G) and Practical Problem Solving (PPS) methods.
• Proven ability to lead international, multi‑site teams and manage complex change initiatives.
• Advanced communication skills in French and English; German is a plus.
