Head of Performance Management (WEAR)

About the role

Coface, a global credit insurance and risk management group with more than 75 years of experience, is looking for an experienced manager to lead its Performance Management team of four people within the Finance department. The team covers sales performance and sales operations analysis, business intelligence and data analytics, and sales planning linked to the regional FP&A team. It focuses on operations in France while also requiring high-level analysis and coordination across the region (UK, Ireland, Belgium, Switzerland, Morocco and West Africa).

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Performance Management team.
• Work with the regional Chief Commercial Officer and his teams to track sales performance.
• Oversee CRM tracking of signings, cancellations, pipeline and productivity.
• Improve sales operations analysis, industrialize targeting and the incentives calculation process.
• Maintain dashboards for regional executives and other stakeholders.
• Enhance data quality and process synergies with FP&A.
• Promote data visualization and self-reporting using PowerBI.
• Automate tasks with SQL to optimise analysis; experience with Denodo or similar data virtualisation platforms is highly desirable.
• Communicate effectively with regional leadership, sales, marketing, IT, finance and other teams.

Required profile

• Master's degree in corporate finance, business studies or a related field.
• 10 years in Sales Operations, Business Planning or Performance Management, including leadership experience.
• Experience managing a team.
• Excellent communication in French and English.

Required skills

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking.
• Proficiency in BI tools and data visualisation; SQL is a plus.
• Team player with commitment and resilience.
