Head of Global Internal Communication

About the role

Join Servier Monde at a pivotal moment of global transformation, leading the design and execution of a modern internal communication function that connects 20,000 employees to the company’s mission, culture and strategic ambitions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and roll out a 3‑year global internal communication roadmap with a clear editorial line.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives that foster a "One Team" spirit worldwide.
• Lead the redesign of internal digital platforms (intranet, newsletters, engagement tools) and oversee high‑impact content production such as videos, articles and speeches.
• Design and organise major global events (town halls, employee days) and support large‑scale transformation projects through change communication.
• Act as a trusted business partner to the Executive Committee and senior leaders across R&D, Industry and Sustainability.
• Manage the global network of communicators, budget and KPIs to measure impact.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Communication, Humanities or a related field from a top‑tier university or business school.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in global internal communication, preferably in a large, transforming organization.
• Fluent in English and French.

Required skills

• Design and deployment of global communication strategies.
• Expertise with digital communication tools and multi‑channel content creation.
• Storytelling ability to translate complex business topics into engaging narratives.
• Experience in change management and pedagogical communication.
