Head of Design Operations

About the role

Betclic Group is looking for a senior leader to own and evolve its design operations. Reporting to the Chief Experience Officer, you will shape the future of design systems and AI‑native workflows across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the strategy for a Figma‑based design system, including components, tokens, variables and libraries, with seamless hand‑off to production code.
• Extend the system to cover motion, interaction and content patterns, making them consumable by AI tools.
• Champion AI‑powered design workflows from concept to code generation and automated production.
• Partner with tech teams to maintain design‑system components in code and with product design leads to translate strategy into scalable tools and governance.

Required profile

• At least 10 years of experience in design, design systems or product/design operations.
• Proven track record leading a Design Ops function of around 10 people and scaling it in a high‑growth environment.
• Strong strategic influence with senior stakeholders while staying hands‑on.
• Fluent English; French is a plus and a passion for sports or gaming.

Required skills

• Deep expertise with Figma (components, variables, tokens).
• Experience building design‑to‑code workflows.
• Hands‑on knowledge of AI‑assisted design and generative production.
