Head of Data Product (Hybrid)

About the role

As Head of Data Product you will lead and develop a growing team of Data Product Owners, shaping, delivering and driving adoption of data products across Betclic. Working at both strategic and operational levels you will provide direction, coaching and support while ensuring effective collaboration with Data Scientists, Engineers, Analysts, Product Managers and business leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, coach and develop a team of Data Product Owners, setting clear objectives and coordinating workload.
• Lead the end‑to‑end lifecycle of data products, from discovery and definition through delivery, adoption and lifecycle management.
• Define and communicate the vision and strategy for data products in alignment with company objectives.
• Oversee a portfolio of data tables, transformations, dashboards, analytical services and ML/AI products.
• Coordinate with Data Science and Data Engineering teams, managing dependencies, risks and blockers.
• Promote adoption of data products and a data‑driven culture across the organisation.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading data product management or product management for data‑driven products.
• Experience managing, coaching and developing a team of Product Owners or similar professionals.
• Strong strategic thinking combined with technical understanding of data platforms, analytics and data products.
• Fluent in English with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
