HCM Associate Consultant

About the role

Huron, a global consulting firm, is looking for an HCM Associate Consultant in Paris. You will support organisations in modernising their HR processes and technologies by helping them implement HCM solutions and platforms, in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the design and implementation of HCM solutions across core HR, talent management, performance management, compensation and recruiting.
• Take part in implementing HCM platforms such as Workday, Oracle HCM Cloud or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Help gather business requirements through workshops and client meetings, and document business processes, functional requirements and solution designs.
• Support system configuration, testing, data validation and user acceptance testing.
• Work with technical teams on integrations with payroll, ERP and other enterprise systems.
• Prepare project documentation, status reports and client presentation materials.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and the development of Huron's methodologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, information systems, management or an equivalent field, or equivalent work experience.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in HR transformation, HRIS, HCM implementations or business process consulting.
• Fluent French and English.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for client engagements.
