Growth Marketer

About the role

Base360.ai is building an AI‑powered operating system for B2C brands and needs a Growth Marketer to drive brand awareness, lead generation and customer acquisition. This is a hands‑on, entrepreneurial position where you will own growth initiatives from strategy to execution.

Key responsibilities

• Own one or multiple growth channels end‑to‑end, setting strategy, launching campaigns and delivering results.
• Generate leads and drive sign‑ups through paid ads, SEO, outbound outreach and referral programs.
• Run rapid experiments on hooks, audiences, funnels and offers; discontinue under‑performing tactics and scale winners.
• Leverage AI tools for research, copywriting, targeting, automation and speed.
• Design and optimise funnels and landing pages to maximise conversion rates.
• Collaborate closely with the founder on positioning, messaging and prioritising growth efforts.
• Track all metrics, analyse data and communicate clear performance stories.
