Graduate Support & Services Business & Program Performance Manager

About the role

Airbus Helicopters is looking for a recent university graduate to join its Global Graduate Programme as a Support & Services Business & Program Performance Manager. Starting in October 2027, the two‑year development journey combines on‑the‑job responsibilities with a structured training programme that builds technical, analytical and leadership capabilities while contributing to the performance of Airbus’ support services.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse how Power‑by‑the‑Hour (PBH) maintenance costs relate to fleet age and flight hours, and evaluate the financial impact of low‑ versus high‑utilisation products.
• Integrate findings into forecasting models to improve cost projections for contract reviews and commercial offers.
• Perform performance and cost analysis of services offered to customers, supporting the development of a service catalog and monitoring customer satisfaction.
• Act as a Customer Support Officer, working with strategic customers, monitoring escalations and driving process improvements.
• Participate in at least one rotational placement to broaden experience before assuming full responsibility as a Support & Services Business & Program Performance Manager.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (or equivalent) in business management, economics, data analysis or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages such as German or Spanish are a plus.
