About the role

The Airbus Global Graduate Programme offers a two‑year, personalised development journey for recent aeronautical engineering graduates. As a Graduate Aerodynamic Engineer you will be immersed in Airbus’s sustainable aerospace projects, gaining technical expertise, business insight and leadership skills while working on real aircraft aerodynamic models.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and maintain aerodynamic models that characterize aircraft behaviour.
• Adapt these models to novel configurations for next‑generation airliners.
• Populate models with CFD data campaigns and wind‑tunnel testing results.
• Organise, run and analyse wind‑tunnel experiments.
• Rotate through stakeholder teams such as the Future Projects Office, Wind‑Tunnel Department, Flight Control Law Design and Flight Performance.

Required profile

• Degree in aeronautical engineering or equivalent.
• Recent graduate or limited professional experience in aeronautical engineering.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.
• Motivation to work collaboratively and drive future innovation.
• Self‑awareness and a proactive attitude toward personal development.
