Global Training & Development Director

About the role

Asmodee is launching a global learning strategy to boost employee engagement and career growth. The Global Training & Development Director will design and implement Asmodee University, career pathways, mentorship programs, and manager enablement tools across all divisions and regions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the global L&D strategy, roadmap and budget aligned with business priorities and the FY27 engagement plan.
• Create transparent career frameworks, internal mobility programs and competency models for key job families.
• Design, launch and manage Asmodee University, including an LMS, curated content and role‑specific learning journeys.
• Develop leadership development programs and a practical manager toolkit for strategy communication, coaching and performance.
• Establish a global mentorship and sponsorship program focused on senior women and under‑represented talent.
• Set KPIs linked to engagement metrics, work with People Analytics to measure impact and report progress.
• Build and lead a small global L&D team, manage vendors and own the global L&D budget.

Required profile

• 10+ years progressive L&D, talent development or organizational development experience, including 5+ years in global leadership.
• Proven track record building career frameworks, leadership programs or corporate learning academies from scratch.
• Experience working across countries, languages and cultures in a decentralized or multi‑business‑unit organization.
• Strong ability to use engagement and people‑analytics data to set priorities, KPIs and demonstrate impact.
• Excellent stakeholder‑management and executive‑influencing skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in HR, OD, business or related field preferred.
