Global Sourcing Manager – IT Procurement

About the role

Lactalis is seeking a Global Sourcing Manager for IT to lead a €65 million spend across hardware, software, communications and services. Based at the headquarters in Laval, you will work with a worldwide network of buyers and internal stakeholders to drive cost‑effective, innovative IT solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and manage tenders and negotiations for strategic IT projects.
• Develop and execute global sourcing strategies for all IT categories.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal business units and external suppliers.
• Lead a functional network of 10+ regional and local buyers.
• Monitor and improve category performance on cost, quality, service and innovation.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT procurement, preferably in a global environment.
• Fluent in French and English with strong communication skills.
• Proven ability to align strategy with stakeholders and drive consensus.
• Capable of setting priorities, working pragmatically and delivering results.
• Leadership potential and a collaborative mindset.
