Global Reward Director – Governance, Policies & Analytics

About the role

Sephora is seeking a senior leader to shape and oversee the global governance, policy framework, and analytics for its Compensation & Benefits (C&B) function. Reporting to the VP Global C&B, you will partner with HR business partners and regional managers to ensure a consistent, data‑driven reward strategy worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain robust governance frameworks for all global compensation and benefits programs.
• Design, update and communicate global reward policies and guidelines that attract and retain top talent.
• Partner with regional stakeholders to ensure policies are legally compliant and consistently applied.
• Lead the creation and execution of reward analytics strategies, using data to identify trends, measure program effectiveness and inform strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with HRIS and Data & Analytics teams to optimise reward data infrastructure, reporting capabilities and dashboard delivery.
• Provide expert consultation on complex reward issues, policy interpretation and market best practices.

Required profile

• Master’s degree, preferably with a focus on Compensation & Benefits or equivalent.
• Minimum 15 years of C&B and HRIS/Data analytics experience in an international, multinational environment.
• Strong project‑management abilities and a collaborative team mindset.
• Analytical, pragmatic and curious with the capacity to be both strategic and hands‑on.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
