Global Reward Director – Governance, Policies & Analytics

About the role

Sephora is seeking a Global Reward Director to lead governance, policy development, and compensation & benefits (C&B) analytics worldwide. Reporting to the VP Global C&B, you will shape a robust governance framework, create clear reward policies, and turn data into strategic insights that support talent attraction and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain governance frameworks for all global compensation and benefits programs.
• Develop, update and communicate global reward policies and guidelines.
• Partner with regional stakeholders to ensure legal compliance and effective policy rollout.
• Lead reward analytics strategy, using data to identify trends, measure program effectiveness and guide decisions.
• Collaborate with HRIS, Data & Analytics teams to enhance reward data infrastructure, build dashboards and deliver insightful reports to senior leadership.
• Provide expert advice on complex reward issues, policy interpretation and market best practices.

Required profile

• Master’s degree, preferably with a C&B focus or equivalent.
• Minimum 15 years of C&B and HRIS/Data analytics experience in an international, multinational environment.
• Strong project management and teamwork abilities.
• Strategic mindset combined with hands‑on execution capability.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
