Global Retail Performance Project Manager

About the role

The Global Retail Performance Project Manager will support the Global Retail Performance Manager in driving sales growth across Celine’s worldwide store network. Reporting to the Retail & Omni Performance & Operations Department, you will monitor performance metrics, lead strategic projects and work closely with regional retail directors to ensure consistent execution.

Key responsibilities

• Generate weekly and monthly commercial performance reports for executive leadership.
• Monitor key performance indicators such as UPT, cross‑selling, net sales per square metre and per staff, and develop action plans to address gaps.
• Collaborate with the IS&T and data teams to create or enhance PowerBI dashboards for real‑time performance monitoring.
• Lead retail performance strategic projects from concept through testing, deployment and impact assessment.
• Coordinate cross‑functional initiatives with Retail Operations, IT, Data, HR, Finance and regional teams.
• Support change management across the retail network through training materials and communication.

Required profile

• Business school or university degree.
• Minimum 2 years of analytical and project‑management experience, preferably in retail or luxury.
• Strong understanding of retail KPIs and ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.

Required skills

• PowerBI for data visualization and reporting.
