Global Head of Corporate Finance

About the role

Join a leading international listed group as the Global Head of Corporate Finance, reporting directly to the Group CFO. You will shape the future of the Finance organisation by strengthening governance, supporting strategic decisions, and designing an integrated, scalable operating model across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Group Corporate Finance function covering Accounting, Financial Reporting, Consolidation, Tax and Treasury for approximately 100 professionals.
• Ensure the integrity, quality and timeliness of consolidated financial reporting under IFRS.
• Define and maintain Group accounting policies and financial governance standards.
• Support executive management and governance bodies with high‑quality financial reporting and analysis.
• Drive transformation of the Corporate Finance operating model by simplifying processes, strengthening controls and improving organisational effectiveness.
• Build a collaborative international Finance community across multiple regions and develop leadership capabilities within the team.
• Maintain trusted relationships with auditors, advisors and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Extensive experience as an international finance executive within complex listed multinational organisations.
• Proven ability to lead large‑scale organisational transformation and inspire high‑performing global teams.
• Executive presence, sound judgement and the capacity to influence senior stakeholders.
• Balance of governance, operational excellence and business performance.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of IFRS financial reporting.
• Expertise in accounting policies, consolidation and financial governance.
• Experience in tax and treasury management.
• Strong capability to design and implement finance operating models.
• Ability to build and lead international finance communities.
