Global Cybersecurity Manager

About the role

L'Oréal's Beauty Tech division is looking for a Global Cybersecurity Manager to lead information security and technology risk management across a key business platform. Reporting to the platform CISO, you will ensure compliance with L'Oréal's security policies while enabling business innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Define, implement and enforce information security governance for the assigned platform.
• Lead security committees and promote a security‑first culture.
• Integrate security requirements into project methodologies and oversee their application.
• Manage third‑party cybersecurity risk, collaborating with legal and procurement to embed security early in contracts.
• Identify, assess and mitigate information security risks throughout the asset lifecycle.
• Provide guidance to business and IT teams to ensure alignment with applicable laws and regulations.

Required profile

• Strong technical background in information security and risk management.
• Proven leadership experience in a global or multi‑site environment.
• Excellent communication skills to work effectively with business, IT and legal stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of security governance, compliance frameworks and third‑party risk processes.
