Global Cybersecurity Manager - Cloud & Network

About the role

L'Oréal is looking for a Global Cybersecurity Manager to lead cloud and network security across the Group. You will be a key point of contact for infrastructure security, shaping strategy, policies and culture while supporting digital transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and promote L'Oréal’s cybersecurity strategy in alignment with business goals.
• Define and maintain cybersecurity policies, procedures and standards.
• Support business and network infrastructure projects with security assessments and expertise.
• Manage cybersecurity projects, risk analyses, and action‑plan implementation.
• Approve security architecture decisions and handle ad‑hoc exceptions.
• Conduct technical studies, benchmarks and market watch on infrastructure security.
• Lead incident response, crisis management and maturity assessments.
• Strengthen cybersecurity culture within infrastructure teams and report on security metrics.

Required profile

• Proven experience in cybersecurity, particularly in cloud and network environments.
• Strong understanding of risk management, security architecture and governance.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with global stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
