Global Communication Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Global Communication Specialist to own the execution of corporate and portfolio communications across multiple channels. Reporting to the Global Communications Manager, you will act as the operational engine behind our content, ensuring precision, consistency, and brand alignment in a science‑based B2B environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and execute the external newsletter end‑to‑end process in coordination with portfolio and regional teams.
• Perform quality assurance on all global corporate content to ensure accuracy and brand consistency.
• Collaborate with the digital marketing coordinator on website and blog content, applying brand guidelines.
• Work with the global graphic designer to create lightweight graphics using Canva.
• Support internal communications initiatives such as Town Halls, SharePoint content, and all‑staff announcements.
• Own monthly media monitoring, clip compilation, and analysis; draft press releases and earned media pieces.
• Partner with portfolio marketing teams to deliver communications support within established frameworks.
• Lead relationships with paid‑media agencies, monitor content performance, and manage the photo library and digital asset systems.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of experience in communications, content marketing, or a closely related field.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related discipline.
• Experience in B2B, corporate, science‑driven communications.
