About the role

As an Operational Site Manager at the Villeneuve‑Saint‑Georges maintenance centre, you will coordinate the real‑time maintenance and movement of Transilien trains throughout their stay on site. You will lead the operational production, ensuring safety, schedule adherence and efficient use of the site’s resources.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the train fleet in operation, respecting transport plans, maintenance constraints and safety rules; coordinate movements, logistics and maintenance adjustments.
• Receive trains, organise their circuits and placement on the site while meeting planned deadlines.
• Direct and supervise train manoeuvre agents in real time.
• Oversee the site’s railway installations and ensure their operational upkeep.
• Guarantee compliance with quality, safety and deadline objectives defined by the company.

Required profile

• First‑hand experience in management or production management within industrial maintenance.
• Ability to work in shift patterns (3 × 8 h), including weekends and holidays.
• Strong organisational, autonomous and rigorous work style.
• Good relational skills and sense of responsibility.

Required skills

• Proficiency with maintenance management software (GMAO) and information systems (SI).
