About the role
The position is based in Montpellier and involves managing a portfolio of co‑ownership properties. You will work within a small team that includes an accountant and an assistant, ensuring smooth operation of the assets under your care.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare, convene and conduct co‑ownership council meetings and general assemblies.
- Establish provisional budgets for the buildings in the portfolio.
- Oversee the day‑to‑day administration of the property portfolio.
- Collaborate closely with the accountant and assistant to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Required profile
- Experience in managing co‑ownership or real‑estate portfolios.
- Strong knowledge of French co‑ownership regulations and budgeting processes.
- Ability to organize and lead meetings with property owners and stakeholders.
