FWC & IFCC Module Integration Manager

About the role

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for an FWC & IFCC Module Integration Manager based in Toulouse, France. You will join the Avionics Products Development Department within the Domain, which is Airbus avionics equipment internal supplier and reference chamber for this perimeter.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with many different people and specialities from the architect to the application specialist, including V&V manager and project leader.
• Participate in the integration strategy and define a batching policy and schedule of application evolution to meet critical development milestones.
• Maintain contact with teams developing module integration and modelling tools.
• Be accountable for delivering the correct product configurations to achieve development milestones.

Required profile

• Engineering degree or equivalent.
• Experience in product or system integration.
• Confidence in building validation strategies.
• Ability to operate in a constantly changing design and test environment.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Problem identification and analysis capabilities.
• Capacity to drive actions and gain stakeholder adherence.
• Fluent English (negotiation level) and advanced French.
• IT and software development skills are a plus.
• Eligibility for security clearance.
