Full‑Stack Data Engineer

About the role

Alan is building a new standard in preventive health insurance and needs a Full‑Stack Data Engineer to turn data into actionable insights that improve member wellbeing. You will join a fast‑growing data team that works across analytics, engineering, and data science to create tools and features used daily by millions of users.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and infrastructure using SQL, Python, and Airflow.
• Analyse health consumption patterns, product usage, and sales performance to generate business insights.
• Automate reimbursement processes and build data‑driven products that help members stay healthy.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver end‑to‑end data solutions, from raw ingestion to visualisation.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the data stack, including Snowflake and Metabase.

Required profile

• Passion for solving ambitious problems with simple, robust solutions.
• Demonstrated impact in a previous data‑focused role or project.
• Willingness to work across the full data spectrum (analytics, engineering, science) or deep expertise in one area.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.
