Full Time Auditor – Internal Audits (M/F)

About the role

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is seeking a Full‑time Auditor to join the QTL Internal Audits department in Toulouse. You will work within a dedicated team that provides independent assurance and drives process optimisation across all Airbus operations, ensuring compliance with internal directives and international aviation standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead 12‑15 complex, transnational internal audits per year, covering all Airbus policies and directives.
• Manage the full audit life‑cycle: select audit teams, design questionnaires, conduct interviews, rank findings and produce formal audit reports.
• Evaluate and approve Root Cause Analyses and corrective action plans submitted by Action Plan Leaders.
• Verify the closure of findings in strict accordance with the Airbus audit referential (A2183.2).
• Conduct specialised quality investigations on demand and support the Quality Audit Manager in annual audit planning.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience as a qualified auditor, preferably in an industrial environment.
• 2‑5 years of operational experience in Production, Quality, Program Management or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of quality management standards (EN9100) and aviation regulations (EASA Part 21‑G).
• Proven expertise in problem‑solving and Root Cause Analysis methodology.
• Excellent communication and active‑listening skills.
