Full-Stack Software Engineer (Remote, France)

About the role

CoderPad is seeking a Full‑Stack Software Engineer to join its tech team in France. The role is fully remote and focuses on building and enhancing the platform that powers thousands of technical interviews worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop new full‑stack features using React/TypeScript on the frontend and Java, Node.js or Ruby on the backend.
• Leverage AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Codex) to accelerate development and automate repetitive tasks.
• Participate in architectural and technical design decisions within the team.
• Write automated tests, conduct code reviews, and ensure high code quality.
• Deploy, monitor, and maintain features in production using GitLab, AWS and Kubernetes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering practices.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) and French.
• Hands‑on experience using AI tools to increase development speed.
