French‑Speaking Social Media Content Moderator – Athens

About the role

We are looking for French‑speaking Social Media Content Moderators to join our Athens‑based team. In this role you will help keep online communities safe and welcoming by reviewing user‑generated content in French and ensuring compliance with platform policies.

Key responsibilities

• Review, assess and moderate French language content across various social media platforms, applying community guidelines and platform policies.
• Identify and act on harmful, abusive, misleading, or policy‑violating material such as hate speech, graphic content, misinformation and spam.
• Escalate complex or sensitive cases to senior moderation teams according to established workflows.
• Monitor emerging trends and threats to proactively protect the integrity of the platform.
• Document moderation decisions accurately in internal tools and ticketing systems.
• Collaborate with Trust & Safety, Quality Assurance and Training teams to continuously improve moderation standards.
• Participate in calibration sessions, briefings and ongoing training to stay aligned with the latest policies.

Required profile

• Native or fluent French proficiency, both spoken and written.
• Valid EU passport or work authorization for employment in Greece.
• Strong familiarity with social media platforms, digital content formats and online community dynamics.
