French‑Speaking Customer Support Expert in Athens

About the role

We are looking for French‑speaking customer support experts to join Imperial Brands in Athens. You will be the primary point of contact for French‑speaking customers who need assistance with consumer‑electronics products, warranties, and services.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality support via phone, email and live chat for French‑speaking clients.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, guide customers through resolutions and ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of product catalogues, releases and promotional offers.
• Process orders, returns, replacements and warranty claims in line with company policies.
• Log all interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Identify recurring issues and escalate them to technical or management teams.
• Collaborate with technical support, logistics and quality‑assurance teams to deliver a premium experience.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer‑focused attitude with a problem‑solving mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, on‑site environment.

Required skills
