French-speaking Customer Care Representative – Remote

About the role

TalentWorldGroup is seeking French‑speaking Customer Care Representatives to provide inbound support for a mobile phone rental service in France. The position is fully remote, allowing you to work from any location with a stable wired internet connection.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls and address inquiries related to mobile phone rentals.
• Deliver clear, friendly, and professional communication while resolving issues efficiently.
• Document each interaction accurately following internal guidelines.
• Maintain high service standards and adhere to operating hours (09:00‑18:00 CEST).

Required profile

• Native‑level French (C2) and strong English (C1).
• Previous experience in customer support, especially handling inbound calls.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and independent‑working abilities.

Required skills

• Stable wired internet (LAN) connection.
• Desktop or laptop running Windows 11 or macOS 14 (minimum 1.8 GHz processor, 8 GB RAM, 10 GB free disk space).
• Wired USB headset.
