About the role

The Berlin School of Business and Innovation (BSBI) seeks a Freelance Lecturer to deliver and develop courses in Tourism, Hospitality and Event Management at its Paris campus. This flexible engagement allows you to balance academic responsibilities with personal commitments while contributing to high‑quality education.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver assigned teaching modules according to the curriculum and timetable.
• Amend or design new curricula, learning materials, and PowerPoint presentations as needed.
• Provide consultation, mentoring, and regular feedback to students.
• Prepare students for summative and formative assessments.
• Supervise dissertations, projects, and internships following prescribed standards.
• Participate in school activities and promote the institution through academic initiatives.

Required profile

• PhD or equivalent qualification with strong theoretical and practical knowledge in the relevant domain.
• Fluent spoken and written English (C2 level).
• Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• High social competence and assertiveness.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Windows operating system.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
