Fraiseur CN (h/f)

About the role

Iziwork, a digital staffing agency, is looking for a CNC Machinist (Fraiseur CN) to join a small innovative SME in Fontaine‑Bellenger, Normandy. The position is temporary, full‑time and based on‑site.

Key responsibilities

• Read technical drawings and specifications to understand machining requirements.
• Set up CNC machines, select appropriate tools and adjust parameters for each operation.
• Load programs into the machines and use FAO (computer‑aided manufacturing) software to optimise production.
• Perform quality checks to ensure parts meet required standards.
• Carry out first‑level maintenance to keep equipment efficient and safe.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months of experience in CNC milling or a similar machining role.
• No specific certificates are required.

Required skills

• Reading and interpreting technical drawings.
• Operating and setting up CNC milling machines.
• Using FAO/CAM software for program integration.
• Basic quality‑control procedures.
• First‑level equipment maintenance.

What we offer

• Hourly wage of €15 (base) for a 39‑hour week.
• Additional 10% end‑of‑mission indemnity and 10% paid‑leave premium, bringing the gross rate to €18.15.
