Formateur CEJM – BTS SIO (Rennes)

About the role

The campus Rennes YNOV seeks a part‑time trainer to teach Economic, Legal and Managerial Culture (CEJM) to students preparing for the BTS Services Informatiques aux Organisations (BTS SIO). The role aims to provide transversal knowledge essential for understanding economic, legal and managerial issues in a digital professional environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver CEJM lessons in line with the BTS SIO curriculum, integrating specificities of the IT sector.
• Provide solid general culture on economic concepts (market, financing, economic policy), legal matters (responsibility, labour law, digital law) and managerial topics (organisation structures, project management, decision‑making).
• Design case studies, simulations and document analyses relevant to digital companies.
• Prepare students for the official CEJM exam (written and, where applicable, oral).
• Create and grade formative and summative assessments (assignments, tests, mock exams).
• Participate in class councils, pedagogical meetings and interdisciplinary projects with IT or management teachers.

Required profile

• Minimum Bac+3 degree in law, economics, management or a related field.
• Teaching qualification (Master MEEF, CAPET Economics‑Management, agrégation) is a plus.
• Strong mastery of CEJM program topics and ability to adapt teaching to the technological context of BTS SIO.
• Pedagogical aptitude, clear expression and ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Autonomy, rigor and strong organisational skills.
• Proficiency with digital teaching tools (ENT, Moodle, Google Workspace).
• Experience in BTS or technological high‑school teaching is desired; beginners may be considered.
