Foreur – Ouest (H/F)

About the role

Serfotex, a subsidiary of the NGE group, is seeking a Foreur (Driller) to work on construction and renovation infrastructure projects in the North‑West region of France (departments 56, 29, 35). The role involves operating drilling equipment for quarry and rocky‑debris mining, with occasional national travel (approximately 20%).

Key responsibilities

• Operate and maintain drilling machines (ATLAS COPCO, SANDVIK) on quarry and public works sites.
• Perform drilling for mine‑shot installations, applying Coprod, fond de trou and hors de trou technologies.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate with site teams and report progress.
• Travel nationally as required for project assignments.

Required profile

• Significant experience with drilling operations on similar construction or mining sites.
• Strong rigor, autonomy and ability to work effectively in a team.
