Financial Controller – French Entities

About the role

Alan is building a new standard in prevention insurance and needs a seasoned finance professional to own the financial controlling of its French entities. You will join the Financial Controlling team within Financial Reporting, acting as the feedback engine that ensures accurate financial data across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Steer Alan’s financial performance for French entities through business planning, financial and operational monitoring, and investor relations.
• Produce accurate, timely financial reports for the board, leadership team, tax authorities, and regulators (e.g., ACPR).
• Maintain the single source of truth for financial data, ensuring consistency and compliance.
• Build and own finance data and tooling infrastructure, linking business operations to financial reality.
• Take end‑to‑end ownership of functional poles such as Treasury, Procurement, and M&A.

Required profile

• Forward‑thinking, experienced finance professional with a strong track record in financial controlling.
• Ability to support decision‑making processes and challenge the status quo.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills, with experience working with senior stakeholders.
• Knowledge of French financial regulations and reporting requirements.
