Financial Analyst – International Theatrical Finance

About the role

Amazon MGM Studios is building a best‑in‑class finance organization to support its global theatrical expansion. As a Financial Analyst you will partner with distribution, marketing and finance operations teams to ensure smooth Order‑to‑Cash and Procure‑to‑Pay processes across territories.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the in‑territory point of contact for Order‑to‑Cash and Procure‑to‑Pay support, coordinating with Distribution, Marketing and FinOps teams.
• Monitor accounts receivable performance, identify variances and trends, and provide territory‑specific insights on booking history and exhibitor relationships.
• Assist the Distribution/Sales team with theater setup in the DEX system and manually enter Box Office reports when automated feeds are unavailable.
• Maintain data integrity between the DEX booking system and downstream financial systems; work with the Cash Application team on payment discrepancies.
• Watch exhibitor accounts for credit issues and financial risk indicators, escalating concerns to relevant stakeholders.
• Support month‑end close activities and reconciliation processes.
• Deliver training and documentation on Order‑to‑Cash and Procure‑to‑Pay processes to local teams.

Required profile

• Fluency in French and English for collaboration with global teams.
• Experience in finance operations/shared services, accounts payable, accounts receivable (collections) or general ledger.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite, CRM systems and other finance tools.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel.
• Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail and effective communication.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business or a related field.
