Finance Manager

About the role

The Finance Manager will lead day‑to‑day financial operations for SAFRA Investments in Albi, France. This full‑time, on‑site position is responsible for budgeting, cash‑flow management, and delivering accurate financial reporting that supports strategic investment decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash‑flow statements.
• Produce accurate financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements.
• Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.
• Maintain strong internal controls and risk‑management practices.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to provide financial analysis, scenario modelling, and strategic recommendations.
• Coordinate with banks, auditors, and regulators.
• Mentor and guide members of the finance team.

Required profile

• Solid background in financial management, budgeting, forecasting and cash‑flow analysis.
• Experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) and variance analysis.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and internal‑control best practices.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work across departments.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; professional certifications (CPA, CFA, ACCA) are a plus.
• Relevant experience in investment management, asset management or financial services.
