Field Trainer – Central & Northern Europe

About the role

Zimmermann is seeking a passionate Field Trainer to support its retail teams across Central and Northern Europe. Based in the Paris head office, you will create and deliver learning experiences that bring the brand to life and ensure a consistent, world‑class client experience throughout the region.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging Brand, Product and Client Experience training across the retail network.
• Lead onboarding for new retail team members, integrating them into Zimmermann culture.
• Conduct regular store visits to coach teams, provide feedback and identify development opportunities.
• Partner with Regional and Store Managers to design tailored development plans.
• Drive engagement with Z.Style Suite, ensuring training completion and consistent learning standards.
• Support new store openings with pre‑launch and launch‑phase training.
• Contribute to the continuous development of innovative training programmes and learning content.
• Monitor training effectiveness and provide actionable insights for improvement.

Required profile

• Previous experience in luxury retail training, learning & development, or retail management.
• Strong understanding of luxury client service, clienteling and retail performance indicators.
• Outstanding facilitation, coaching and presentation skills.
• Ability to inspire, influence and develop teams across multiple countries and cultures.
• Excellent organisational skills, adaptability and willingness to travel frequently across Central & Northern Europe.
• Fluency in English; additional European language(s) a plus.
