FAL & Delivery Center Onsite Representative

About the role

The successful candidate will act as the on‑site liaison between our company and Airbus during the production, testing, acceptance and delivery phases of A320 family aircraft. The role ensures that each aircraft meets contractual, airworthiness and company specifications before hand‑over to the airline.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the company at Airbus Final Assembly Line (FAL) and Delivery Centres throughout the aircraft lifecycle.
• Perform detailed technical inspections of A320 aircraft during assembly, pre‑delivery, customer acceptance and hand‑over.
• Identify, document and follow up on defects, non‑conformities, concessions and workmanship issues until closure.
• Review, negotiate and manage production concessions/deviations, coordinating with Engineering, Quality, CAMO and Maintenance.
• Maintain concession tracking logs and ensure timely closure of all actions.
• Liaise with Airbus, cabin vendors, modification providers and third‑party suppliers to guarantee timely installation and rectification.
• Monitor vendor performance, quality standards, installation progress and compliance with technical specifications.
• Review aircraft documentation such as build records, modification status, SB embodiment, cabin configuration, weight & balance and delivery packages.
• Coordinate and monitor activities of vendors, suppliers and Buyer Furnished Equipment (BFE) representatives.
• Support aircraft ground tests, functional checks and customer acceptance flights.

Required profile

• Strong background in aircraft production or delivery processes, preferably with A320 family programmes.
• Experience conducting technical inspections and managing non‑conformities.
• Ability to coordinate multiple internal teams (Engineering, Quality, CAMO, Maintenance) and external suppliers.
• Familiarity with airworthiness standards, contractual requirements and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent organizational skills to track concessions and ensure timely closure.
