Executive Director – Strategy & Performance

About the role

This senior leadership position reports directly to the CEO and is responsible for shaping and executing the company’s strategic vision in the gaming and betting sector. Based in Gabon, the Executive Director will drive commercial growth, operational excellence, and large‑scale transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the overall growth strategy across products, channels, and partnerships.
• Identify new revenue streams, including innovation initiatives and geographic expansion.
• Lead performance management for revenue, Gross Gaming Revenue (GGR), and network metrics.
• Direct commercial and marketing strategies for retail, digital, and key accounts.
• Oversee customer acquisition, retention, and campaign ROI optimisation.
• Align product offerings with evolving market demand.
• Manage cross‑functional teams to deliver operational excellence and strategic projects.
• Drive transformation programmes such as digitalisation and network modernisation.
• Foster a results‑driven performance culture throughout the organisation.

Required profile

• 10–15+ years in senior strategic and operational leadership roles.
• Proven track record of driving growth, performance and transformation.
• Experience in regulated sectors such as gaming, betting, telecoms, fintech, FMCG or distribution.
• Strong commercial, marketing and operational acumen.
• Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
