Executive Assistant – CEO Office

About the role
Betclic is looking for an Executive Assistant to support its CEO Office in a fast‑growing, international environment. Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the Chief of Staff, you will ensure smooth day‑to‑day governance and high‑level interactions.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a complex, international calendar for the CEO, prioritising time and handling urgent changes.
- Organise and coordinate governance meetings, including Executive Committee sessions, committees and leadership meetings.
- Handle invitations, agendas, logistics, documentation and distribution of meeting materials.
- Follow up on decisions and action items, ensuring clear execution across stakeholders.
- Facilitate professional interactions between the CEO, Executive Committee and internal/external partners.
- Maintain high‑quality communication and information flow within the CEO Office.
- Respond to a high volume of requests, adapting quickly to shifting priorities.
- Arrange national and international travel, internal events and team meetings.
- Process administrative tasks such as expense reports, invoices and documentation.
- Identify opportunities to improve day‑to‑day processes.
Required profile
- Proven experience supporting senior executives in a dynamic, international setting.
- Strong organisational and prioritisation abilities.
- Professional communication skills and a proactive, detail‑oriented approach.
- Ability to handle multiple requests simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
