Europe Retail Education Manager – Fragrance

About the role

The Europe Retail Education Manager – Fragrance will lead the development and delivery of fragrance training across Dior’s European retail network. Reporting to the Europe Retail Education Director, you will shape the expertise of Beauty Consultants, ensuring a consistent, high‑end consumer experience that reinforces Dior’s luxury positioning.

Key responsibilities

• Design, adapt and translate fragrance training programmes for all European markets.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Retail and Marketing teams to identify training needs and align programmes with business objectives.
• Deliver engaging in‑person, digital and in‑store training sessions and certification programmes.
• Manage a community of trainers, organising regional workshops, seminars and coaching sessions.
• Monitor training effectiveness, track performance metrics and optimise the training budget.
• Serve as the primary liaison for fragrance‑related education between central and local Retail Education teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in retail training or education, preferably within the beauty or luxury sector.
• Strong background in developing and implementing multi‑country training strategies.
• Excellent collaboration skills with commercial, marketing and HR functions.
• Ability to manage budgets and measure training impact.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
